We recommend that you stay hydrated throughout your classes, we have a water fountain and we also sell bottled water at reception.

Begin to Spin
If you're new to spin and feeling apprehensive then this the class for you. Get acclimatised to the bike, build stamina and ease yourself gently into the wonderful world of spin!
Combining cardiovascular fitness, and strength, you will learn all eight punches and how to put them into different combinations.
Exclusively at Warehouse Fitness, BURN is a HIIT workout that takes place in a heated room. You'll get even more sweaty and burn even more calories! This is NOT for the faint hearted and is not suitable if you are pregnant or have high blood pressure!
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
Clubbercise is a simple, fun dance fitness routines using glow sticks to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights.
Core and More
A fun packed 30 minutes designed to tone, build and strengthen the abdominal muscles. Core and More uses various skills and techniques to target the core muscles; including floor routines, full body stretches and fast-paced exercises.
Disco HIIT FIT
High-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. However, this isn't an ordinary HIIT class, we'll have the disco lights on and upbeat music playing to keep you motivated throughout.
The H.Core® workouts follow ‘the unique training system’ called the blood shunting method or B.S.M. for short. With our B.S.M. method of we generally alternate exercises that work the lower body and then the upper body. The blood has to shunt from one extremity to another thereby helping the body maintain an intensity that will burn fat and create that lean, toned, sculptured look you’ve only ever imagined and with an added benefit of EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Consumption) or more commonly known as the ‘after burn’ effect... your body is literally going to continue to burn body fat for hours after you have finished your workout.
High Impact Zumba
Zumba is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American Dance music.

Hot Yoga is simply yoga but in a heated room, hot yoga helps to reduce stress reduction, increased blood circulation which stimulates the heart to strengthen its contractions, which is for the heart muscle itself. As a result, the heart pumps efficiently thereby lowering blood pressure. Hot Yoga also improves flexibility and strength
Hardcore Weights Spin
This class is the best of the both the cardio and the strength worlds. Mixed high energy cardio on the spin bikes and body strength training whilst on board the bike. This class is sure to challenge and improve your fitness on many levels. Fun and inviting for all levels of fitness.
The Kettle Bell class offers a different kind of training using dynamic moves, targeting almost every aspect of fitness, including strength, endurance, balance, agility and cardio endurance. You will work with only one (sometimes two) Kettlebells at a time; hoisting the Kettlebell offers a great workout as there is an offset of gravity, meaning your body has to work harder to maintain balance. In doing so, this targets many muscle groups.
Kettlecise Combat MX
Kettlercise® Combat-MX is a music driven, choreographed high energy blend of kettlebell exercises and dynamic movements inspired from the world of martial arts.

The traditional Kettlebell upper and lower to performed without a kettlebell integrating moves from all areas of Mixed Martial Arts. We’ll be integrating Kicks, Punches, Elbows and Combinations in a complete 45 minute, high energy, workout set to a specific music beat.
Legs & BumsThis half hour class focuses on getting those glutes (bums) and legs into shape; using a range of toning exercises, this class is perfect to fit into your lunch hour.
Metafit is only 30 minutes and is super efficient, you get more gains in less time which that you don’t have to spend all of your free moments exercising in an effort to burn fat, get fitter or gain strength.
Pound is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energising anf seat-dripping fun of playing the drums. The Pound class uses weighted drumsticks to help you sweat your way to a rock-hard body with upbeat music designed to get your blood pumping.
Powerhooping is quite literally the way you can get in shape. Using our special Powerhoop De Luxe with its adjustable weights to strengthen core within only 10 minutes a day.

Spin is an indoor cycling class set to motivating music; an effective workout that encompasses sprints and hill climbs to train your cardiovascular system and help build strength and stamina in your muscles.
Strength and Tone
Strength training is essential for healthy living! Our toning classes incorporate strength training in fun, challenging workouts so that members can burn fat, increase muscle and become stronger.
Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 1 minute and then move on to another exercise. It’s like a game of musical chairs: Everyone begins at a station, and when the instructor yells “Change!” everyone moves to the next free station. Each week there's a different theme to target different muscle groups or style of exercise. Thighs, Bums and Tums
A persons' legs, bums and areas are often considered the worst parts of the body when it comes to shifting unwanted fat. Our legs, bums and tums' gym classes are a way to help tone those wobbly bits.
The intensity of a normal spin class is cranked up to the next level; our instructors work you both on and off the bike, incorporating extra cardio and toning work that you wouldn't do in a normal spin class.
Yoga & Hot Yoga
Western science is starting to provide some concrete clues as to how yoga works to improve health and ease aches and pains and keep sickness at bay. Our classes are a fusion of traditional Hatha, Yin and Flow styles of yoga. We encourage to the mat and invite you to try Hot Yoga to sweat out toxins and ease any stiffness in the body caused by sitting for too long.
